Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder has had a rough season with his injuries. Most recently Durant was held out of the Thunder’s last couple regular season games due to a foot injury which required surgery. Durant will finally see the basketball floor as he will attempt to practice with Team USA, although he will not be playing in the Team USA Showcase which will be held on Thursday, August 13th as reported by Sam Amick of USA Today . Durant only appeared in 27 of the Thunder’s 82 games this season but he hopes to make a full comeback next season as he tries to help the Thunder get back to the playoffs.
