The Warriors have 4 players that are representing them in the All-Star game. Russell Westbrook was selected to play in the all-star game too. However, Westbrook isn’t starting at point guard because of popularity voting. Stephen Curry is the starting point guard.
At one point in the All-Star game, both players will have to play with each other on the court. We saw a lot of beef going on between Westbrook and Durant during their three meetings so far this season.
Their former teammate James Harden is participating in his 5th all star game. He will be the starting shooting guard for the Western Conference team.
Harden had some words to say about KD and Westbrook meeting each other in NOLA. Harden appeared on ESPN to talk about the big moment.
“I’m staying out of it,” Harden said. “It’s not my place. I’m on a totally different team now. I know them both very well. If they need advice, I will give it to them. But I’m staying out of it.
Harden continued by saying, “ I don’t understand what’s going on. Obviously, they feel some type of way.”
Earlier today, the Media tried to ask Russell Westbrook a question about Kevin Durant and he changed the subject.
