The 2017 rendition of the Nike Rev line, is now available for purchase for $110 at nike.com. This is meant to be a continuation of the Hyperrev line, only Nike has opted to remove the oft-used, “Hyper-” prefix from this particular line. It’s currently unknown why they decided to change the name, but it may be due to the complete overhaul done to the entire silo.
The Zoom Rev 2017 half-inner sleeve and plush collar that both provide solid comfort and support. It also features a mesh-like textile upper that, in theory, should allow the shoe to be both lightweight and breathable, without having to sacrifice durability. However the biggest draw is the midsole and outsole, which appear to both be heavily inspired by the Kyrie line.
